Terms of Service
These terms apply to Sampath Personal Assistant, a private personal-use productivity application operated by Sampath Koppole.
Eligibility and access
The application is not offered to the general public. Access is limited to Google accounts that the operator has explicitly authorized. No public account registration is provided.
Permitted use
The application may be used to locate and review requested email information, prepare drafts, and send messages on behalf of an authenticated account when the account holder explicitly instructs it to do so. It must not be used for unlawful activity, abuse, unsolicited bulk email, impersonation, or access to an account without authorization.
User responsibility
The authenticated user remains responsible for reviewing recipients, message content, attachments, and consequences before authorizing an email to be sent. The user is also responsible for maintaining the security of the connected Google account and promptly revoking access if unauthorized activity is suspected.
Third-party services
The application depends on Google APIs, local automation, and an AI service selected by the operator. Availability and functionality may therefore be affected by changes, interruptions, or restrictions imposed by those providers. Their separate terms and privacy policies also apply.
No warranty
The application is provided for private use on an as-available basis. No guarantee is made that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. Important communications should always be reviewed by the account holder.
Suspension and termination
The operator may suspend or discontinue the application at any time. An authorized user may stop using it by revoking the application's access through Google Account security settings.
Changes
These terms may be updated when the application's functionality or applicable requirements change. The effective date above will identify the current version.
